Public Notice: Actions Taken at May 31, 2026 Accreditation Commission Meeting

On Sunday, May 31, 2026, the Accreditation Commission of the Association of Advanced Rabbinical and Talmudic Schools (“AC”) took the following actions:

Renewal in Accreditation Status

Yeshivah and Mesivta Arugath Habosem – For a period to end on August 1, 2029.

Cong Yad Hakohen Dushinsky d/b/a Yeshiva Toras Aish Dushinsky – For a period to end on August 1, 2031.

Rabbinical Seminary of America – For a period to end on September 1, 2029.

Continuation in Accreditation Status

Yeshiva College of the Nation’s Capital – For a period to end on August 1, 2028.

This notice is published in accordance with Federal Regulations governing the recognition of accrediting agencies.

Information about the Accreditation Commission can be readily obtained in the Handbook of the Association, available by phone (212-363-1991), mail (2329 Nostrand Avenue, Suite M200, Brooklyn, NY  11210) or by email (office@aarts.org). Information regarding each individual member institution is available through the AARTS office. This information includes each school’s address and telephone number, its accreditation status, quantitative indicators of student achievement selected by the school and its performance. For schools which maintain websites containing this information we will provide the website address.
