Public Notice: Actions Taken at February 15, 2026 Accreditation Commission Meeting

On Sunday, February 15, 2026, the Accreditation Commission of the Association of Advanced Rabbinical and Talmudic Schools (“AC”) took the following actions:

Renewal in Accreditation Status

Bais Medrash Zichron Meir – For a period to end on April 1, 2033.

Yeshiva D’Monsey – For a period to end on June 1, 2031.

Continuation in Accreditation Status

Talmudical Academy of New Jersey – For a period to end on September 1, 2029.

Yeshiva Gedola Ohr Yisrael – For a period to end on April 1, 2028.

Expansion of Scope to Include an Associate/Intermediary Level Degree

Yeshiva D’Monsey

All of the above actions were taken as a result of the schools having been found to satisfy the relevant AARTS standards and requirements, as applicable to each application.

This notice is published in accordance with Federal Regulations governing the recognition of accrediting agencies.

Information about the Accreditation Commission can be readily obtained in the Handbook of the Association, available by phone (212-363-1991), mail (2329 Nostrand Avenue, Suite M200, Brooklyn, NY  11210) or by email (office@aarts.org). Information regarding each individual member institution is available through the AARTS office. This information includes each school’s address and telephone number, its accreditation status, quantitative indicators of student achievement selected by the school and its performance. For schools which maintain websites containing this information we will provide the website address.
