Public Notice: Actions Taken At December 22, 2024 Accreditation Commission Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE

On Sunday, December 22, 2024, the Accreditation Commission of the Association of Advanced Rabbinical and Talmudic Schools took the following actions:

Renewal in Accreditation Status

Beth Medrash Govoha – For a period to end on December 1, 2034.

Yeshiva of the Telshe Alumni – For a period to end on November 1, 2032.

Yeshiva Ohr Elchonon Chabad – For a period to end on December 1, 2031.

Continuation in Accreditation Status

Beth HaMedrash Shaarei Yosher – For a period to end on June 1, 2026.

Congregation Talmidei Mesivta Tiferes Shmiel Aleksander – For a period to end on January 1, 2029.

The above renewal and continuation actions were taken as a result of the schools having been found to satisfy the relevant AARTS standards and requirements.

Additionally, the Commission took action regarding an application from Torah Temimah Talmudical Seminary; its lapse date is now December 31, 2025.

This notice is published in accordance with Federal Regulations governing the recognition of accrediting agencies.

Information regarding each individual member institution is available through the AARTS office. This information includes each school’s address and telephone number, its accreditation status, quantitative indicators of student achievement selected by the school and its performance. For schools which maintain websites containing this information we will provide the website address.
